Biofueled focuses on the belief that optimal nutrition and training are the cornerstones of athletic performance and overall well-being. Driven by a passion for science-based solutions and a holistic approach to health, the team behind Biofueled set out to revolutionise how athletes and active individuals access personalised nutrition and exercise support.

At the core of Biofueled is a profound understanding that while nutrition and exercise science are well-established, the real impact is in the knowledge that each individual is unique, with their own set of goals, preferences, and lifestyle factors. Acknowledging the limitations of the traditional appointment-based model, the founders of Biofueled endeavoured to create a more accessible, technology-driven platform that provides support and empowers clients to take an active and decisive role in their own well-being. By integrating strategies to bolster mental health, stress management, and overall lifestyle balance, the Biofueled team assists clients in cultivating the resilience and self-awareness necessary to excel both on and off the field.


My own journey as an elite athlete, including representing Australia in athletics, has given me a deep understanding of the unique nutritional and training needs of competitive sports. I struggled with eating disorders and compromised immunity. Additionally, with several family diagnosis of cancers and diseases, together, these events have inspired me to pursue my degrees and develop a holistic, science-backed approach to supporting the health and well-being of athletes and active individuals.

Hey Biofueled family, I'm Courtney - a foodie, a Dietitian, a Exercise Scientist, a lover of all things sport and fitness, and the founder of Biofueled. Located on the Gold Coast Queensland, I'm a believer of the power that nutrition and exercise can transform lives. I am committed to empowering my clients to become the best version of themselves through personalised, evidence-based strategies that address their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

What sets my approach apart is my unwavering focus on sustainable, long-term results. Rather than quick fixes or fad diets, I work closely with my clients to develop customised meal plans, exercise programs, and lifestyle habits that become second nature. I understand that true transformation takes time and dedication, which is why I provide ongoing support, accountability, and guidance to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.

My qualifications include a Masters's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Human Nutrition, and certifications from the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association as a level 2 Associate and personal trainer with a Cert III in Fitness. I work as a sports dietitian for the Gold Coast Suns Football Club, Queensland Cricket, and the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia. I have served as a sports scientist for the Brumbies Rugby Union and a strength and conditioning coach at the Queensland Firebirds. Additionally, I have five years of personal training and nutrition coaching experience running my online business via our mobile app.
