Services are delivered online or in-person as specified at the time of booking. All services are subject to availability and practitioner discretion.
3. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
Bookings: All appointments must be booked through our website or as otherwise directed.
Payments: Payment is required in advance for all consultations, programs, and packages. Accepted payment methods will be specified at checkout.
Cancellations: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and associated fees.
Refunds: Refunds are only provided as required by Australian Consumer Law. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable. Unused sessions expire at the end of the package term.
